Olive Oil Baked Salmon
Ingredients:
2 ½ lb.
Skin-on Salmon filet
1 cup
Wild Fernleaf Dill Infused Olive Oil
1
Lemon, sliced thinly
Fresh Dill, finely chopped for garnish
Sea Salt & Pepper To taste
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
Season Salmon on both sides and place it in baking dish. Add lemon, thyme and cover with the Olive Oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until done.

4 pieces of boneless, skinless Atlantic Salmon 3/4 cup Liquid Gold Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil 1/4 cup Liquid Gold Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic 1/4 cup chopped parlsey 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard, grainy or smooth Juice & zest of 1 lemon Salt and pepper to taste Heat a large frying pan on medium high heat.
