Appetizer Lemongrass balsamic olive oil

      Makes 12, adapted from Bon Appetit June 2011 12 slices baguette bread 1 cup fresh/frozen peas Kosher salt 2 tbsp Liquid Gold olive oil shaved parmesan torn mint Liquid Gold Lemongrass Mint White Balsamic Vinegar 1. Blanch peas in a large saucepan of  boiling salted water until just tender, about 2 minutes for fresh and 1 minute for frozen. 2.
