Wild Mushroom Sauce (Vegan)


12 oz. mushrooms (shiitake, oyster or portos)
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 clove garlic
1 Tbsp. flour
1 1/4 cups dairy free milk
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Salt snd Pepper to Taste



-Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in sauce pan. Add mushrooms shallots and garlic. Saute until soft, for about 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
-Heat up other 2 Tbsp oil in pan. Stir in flour and cook about one minute. Add milk gradually and mix until smooth.
-Add mushroom mixture, salt, pepper, wine vinegar and cook about 2 minutes.
-Pour over gnocchi and garnish with chopped parsley!
