Spicy Eggwhich with Fruit Salad

  Ingredients: 2 eggs 1 Tbsp Liquid Gold Harissa-infused olive oil, or any of our spicy oils 2 english muffins 4 slices Chorizo sausage Jalapeno jelly For fruit salad ½ cup grapes ½ cup blueberries 1 banana, sliced ½ cup strawberries, halved 1 cup vanilla yogurt, any flavour 2 Tbsp Liquid Gold Maple Balsamic Eggwich: Heat olive oil in medium frying pan.   Ingredients:  1/2 cup of rolled oats 1 cup of whole wheat flour 1/2 cup of barley flour 1/2 cup of almond flour 3 tablespoons of flax meal 3 tablespoons of wheat germ 5 tablespoons of skim milk powder 1 teaspoon of baking soda 2 teaspoons of baking powder  1/4 cup of honey 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt 2 eggs 1/4 cup of Liquid Gold Butter Olive Oil   Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lime Muffins

  Ingredients: 2 cups flour 1 cup sugar 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 egg 1/4 cup milk 1/4 cup Liquid Gold Lime Infused Olive Oil3 Tbsp lime juice 1 1/2 tsp grated lime peel (I recommend using all the zest and juice of 3 or 4 limes) Directions:  Mix first four dry ingredients in one bowl.  In another bowl beat eggs, milk, oil, lime juice and peel.  Stir into dry ingredients.  Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes.   Thank you to my step mom, Ellen, for this delicious recipe.             ...

Smoky Carrot Lox

Ingredients: 4 carrots 1 Tbsp. tamari 1 Tbsp. Liquid Gold Smoke Infused Olive Oil 1 tsp. Sea Kelp Seasoning (or flaked Dulse)   Enjoy with: bagels, english muffins, or wrapped in cucumber or zucchini vegan cream cheese tomato slices arugula red onion slices capers fresh dill   Method: -Preheat oven to 400°. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. -Use a vegetable peeler to peel carrots into thin strips. Place in a bowl and toss with tamari, liquid smoke and seasoning. -Place on baking sheet.
