Ingredients:
1/2 cup of rolled oats1 cup of whole wheat flour
1/2 cup of barley flour
1/2 cup of almond flour
3 tablespoons of flax meal
3 tablespoons of wheat germ
5 tablespoons of skim milk powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/4 cup of honey
1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
2 eggs
1/4 cup of Liquid Gold Butter Olive Oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Use two bowls and combine all the dry ingredients into one and the wet ingredients into another. Gradually add your wet ingredients into your bowl of dry ingredients, mixing them well until the two are blended together. Do not over mix.
Once your muffin batter is ready put paper liners into your muffin tins and fill with desire amount of batter according to your preferred muffin size. Bake at 275 degrees for 20 minutes.
