Spicy Pan-Fried Chicken Wings with Red Cayenne Oil

    Ingredients:   2 lbs. Chicken wings 2 Tbsps. LG Red Cayenne Infused Olive Oil 1 Tbsp. LG Roasted Japanese Sesame Oil 2 Tbsps. Fresh lime juice 2 Cloves garlic, minced ½ tsp. Fresh black pepper     Directions: In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, add chicken wings and toss until evenly covered. Transfer the wings to a suitable size Ziploc bag.     Ingredients:   15 ounce Can chickpeas , rinsed and drained 2 tbsps Pitted and thinly sliced, Castlevetrano Olives 1 tbps Red onion, finely chopped 1 tbsp Chopped Cilantro, or Parsley   Zest and juice of half a lemon   Sea Salt & black Pepper   Few splashes of LG Extra Virgin Olive Oil     Directions: Mix everything but the olive oil in a small to midsize bowl. Roasted Broccoli with Meyer Lemon Olive Oil

 Ingredients: 2 Broccoli crowns, heads halved 3 Cloves garlic, peeled and sliced 3-4 tbsp LG Meyer Lemon Olive Oil 1 tsp. Paprika   Sea Salt & black Pepper  Directions: Preheat oven to 425° F. Place the prepared broccoli and garlic slices on a baking pan. Drizzle the olive oil over the broccoli. Toss the broccoli and garlic to coat evenly with the olive oil.
