Your Favorite Flavored Olive Oil (I’m using Wild Rosemary) |

Cloves garlic, peeled |

Chicken Thighs, bone-in |

Onions, sliced |
2 tsps. |
Paprika |

Sea Salt & black Pepper |
Directions:
- Place onion slices on the bottom of the slow cooker, then, in a large bowl, toss the chicken with the oil, salt, paprika, pepper and all of the garlic cloves.
- Put all of this into the slow cooker on top of the onion, and do not add water.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours (or on high for 4-6).
Feel free to switch out the paprika with your favorite spice.
