Creamy Salad Dressing
This is one of those recipes where you can get a little creative and really play around with the different oil/vinegar combinations.
Ingredients:
4 tbsp.
Wild Fernleaf Dill Infused Olive Oil (or oil of your choice)
2 tbsp.
Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic (or balsamic of your choice)
¼ cup
Plain Greek Yogurt
1
Clove garlic, minced
Fresh cracked black pepper
Directions:
Combine the oil, vinegar, garlic, and pepper together until well combined. Mix in the yogurt.
Use as a creamy salad dressing or even a dip for veggies!

Spicy Avacodo Balsamic Dip
Not only are Avocados healthy, they’re also incredibly delicious! Ingredients: 1 Large Avocado 1 8oz. Package of Cream Cheese 2 tbsps. Neapolitan Herb Dark Balsamic (or your choice) 1-2 tbsps. Chopped hot peppers (add more if you like it hot) Juice of 1 large lemon or lime Sea Salt & Pepper to taste Directions: Cut the Avocado in half, pull out the pit and scoop the green goodness into a medium bowl. Tzatziki Dip with Chipotle Olive Oil
Greek Tzatziki dip is easy to make homemade with fresh ingredients, and it can be used in a wide range of dishes!
Ingredients:
2 Cups Full-Fat Greek Yogurt
4 Cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 Large Cucumber, seeded and grated (1 cup)
1 Tbsp. Fresh Dill, chopped
1-2 Tbsps. Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
2-4 Tbsps. Chipotle Olive Oil, extra for drizzling
Pepper & Sea Salt to taste
Directions:
Stir all ingredients until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Drizzle with extra Chipotle Olive Oil and serve!

Roasted Red Pepper Hummus with UP EVOO
Ingredients:
1 jar Delizia Roasted Red Peppers, drained 2 - 15 oz. cans garbanzo beans, drained 2 cloves garlic 1 teaspoon ground cumin 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1/3 cup Certified UP Extra Virgin Olive Oil of your choice or any infused olive oil 2 teaspoons sea salt, or to taste Directions Place all of the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until creamy and smooth. Adjust seasoning as desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve and drizzle more fresh olive oil over the top if desired.
