Cut the Avocado in half, pull out the pit and scoop the green goodness into a medium bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork, and then stir in the cream cheese, Balsamic and citrus juice. Stir in chopped hot peppers and season with salt & pepper to taste. Serve with veggies or crackers.
