Brussel Sprouts with Bacon and Honey & Pepper Balsamic


4 cups Brussels sprouts

2 slices of bacon, cubed
4 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
 4 scallions, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
4 tbsps. Honey & Pepper White Balsamic
Sea Salt & Pepper to taste


Trim brussel sprouts. If they are too large cut them in half. Boil in salted water, until they are cooked (8-10minutes). Pout into colander and drain.

Cook bacon on medium heat in wok and add garlic once bacon begins to render its fat. Add scallions. Mix well and put the hot brussel sprouts into the mix. Lower the heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the balsamic and deglaze the pan by scrapping the bottom of the pan. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
