This grape variety produces earthy, but elegant wines that translate beautifully into a well-balanced, clean, cool, crisp and dry vinegar.

Pairs well with Blood Orange, Basil and any mild/medium EVOO

Compliments light vinaigrettes, goat cheese, asparagus and nicoise salad
