Cashew Sour Cream (Vegan)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Raw Cashews (soaked at least 2 hours)
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup LG Cilantro & Red Onion Infused Olive Oil
pinch of onion powder
pinch of garlic powder
1/4 cup LG Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Cilantro Mint Chutney
2 bunches Cilantro, chopped2 bunches Fresh Mint leaves, chopped1 Jalapeno, chopped2 tbsp. LG Mango Whole Fruit White Balsamic1/2 tsp. salt1 teaspoon cumin1/4 cup LG Cilantro & Red Onion Infused Olive Oil
Directions:
Toss all ingredients together until well combined.
Serve with our Vegan Pakoras or use as spread over a baguette.

Gluten-Free Cauliflower Fritters
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups Cauliflower, pack tightly 1 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped 3-5 Tbsp. LG Cilantro & Red Onion Infused Olive Oil 1/4 tsp. Garlic salt 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs, gluten free 2 Eggs Dash Chili pepper flakes Dash Salt and Pepper to taste Directions: Cut a small head of cauliflower into pieces and add to a food processor. Process until it forms a thin cauliflower rice. Measure out 2 1/2 cups and add to a large mixing bowl.
