Garlic & Mushroom Pasta with White Truffle Oil


1lb Angel Hair Pasta

8oz of your favorite mushroom, chopped

3-4 Tbsp. White Truffle Oil

3 Cloves fresh garlic, minced

Fresh Cilantro, roughly chopped

Freshly grated Parmesan or Asiago cheese

Salt & Pepper to taste



Cook pasta according to the directions on the  package.

Preheat a frying pan on medium heat with 1 tbsp. of the White truffle oil. Lightly saute the mushrooms until cooked to your satisfaction. Add the minced garlic and heat until fragrant.

Add the cooked pasta and toss in the cilantro, salt and pepper. Remove from heat, serve with freshly grated cheese and drizzle with remainder of White truffle oil.

Enjoy with a glass of your favorite red wine!
