Salad Dressing Essentials

Enjoy the ease of making salad dressing tailored to your taste with these essential ingredients. Adjust ratios to your preference!

 

2/3 cup ultra premium extra virgin olive oil.

1/2 cup maple syrup.

1 teaspoon of Dijon or grainy mustard.

Juice of 1 lemon. 

1 teaspoon of Spice Lab Mediterranean Citrus Spice Blend. 

1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper or Saltwest Smashed Peppercorn and Sea Salt.

 

Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and shake well. Drizzle on your greens or salads for memorable freshness and flavour!
