Wild Mushroom & Sage Croutons

Ingredients: 4 cups Day old french bread, cut into 1" cubes1/2 cup LG Wild Mushroom & Sage Infused Olive Oil1-2 tsp Sea Salt1/2 tsp. Ground Pepper Directions: Preheat the oven to 375 F. Cut fresh or day old french bread in to 1"cubes. Don't bother removing the crust, it adds texture. In a large bowl, toss the bread cubes with the remaining ingredients. When the bread is evenly coated, place the cubes on a rimmed baking sheet on the middle rack of the oven. Bake for 35 minutes, stirring a couple times to ensure even browning.

Gluten-Free Cauliflower Fritters

Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups Cauliflower, pack tightly 1 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped 3-5 Tbsp. LG Cilantro & Red Onion Infused Olive Oil 1/4 tsp. Garlic salt 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs, gluten free 2 Eggs Dash Chili pepper flakes Dash Salt and Pepper to taste Directions: Cut a small head of cauliflower into pieces and add to a food processor. Process until it forms a thin cauliflower rice. Measure out 2 1/2 cups and add to a large mixing bowl. Caprese Avacado Toast with Strawberry Balsamic

 This recipe is fast and easy to create and makes for a healthy afternoon snack.   Ingredients: 2 ripe avocadoes, pits removed 2 tsps. fresh lime juice 4 slices of whole grain bread, toasted 4 ounces fresh mozzarella, cut into small pieces 1 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half 1/4 cup basil leaves, roughly chopped 1 tbsp. Mexican Spice Avacado Spread

  Ingredients: 2 Ripe avocados   1 Medium sized Lime, juiced ½ cup Cherry tomatoes, quartered 1 Small red onion, minced ½ Jalapeno, minced 1 Clove garlic, minced 1 tbsp. Cilantro, chopped   Baguette, or your choice sliced bread, sliced 1-2 tbsp.
