4oz unsweetened chocolate
½ c Liquid Gold Blood Orange Olive Oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 c flour
1 c walnuts or pecan, chopped (optional)
Place oven rack in center position, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9” x 13” baking pan. Melt chocolate (in double boiler or microwave). Add oil and stir until smooth. Cool completely. Stir in the sugar and vanilla. Beat in the eggs until creamy. Stir in the flour. Completely stir in chopped nuts with spoon.
Pour the batter into the greased pan, scraping the bowl clean with a spatula. Spread the batter evenly in the pan. Bake 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely before serving. Cut into squares.
