Traditional 18 Year Style Dark Balsamic
Crafted in Modena, Italy, our Traditional style condimento has everything you would expect from a world class balsamic: the perfect balance of sweet and tart, notes of prune, with a creamy texture that extends into a long finish in the mouth.
Made from fruit forward Italian Lambrusco, Sangiovese and Trebbiano grapes which are slowly cooked to create grape must a high quality barrel aged Sangiovese wine vinegar is later added acetification. The end result is the most premium example of an extremely high quality balsamic condiment.
