Produced with Tuscan durum wheat semolina, processed using artisan methods, bronze-drawn and dried at a low temperature.

With an intense, yet simple and distinct wheat flavour, this pasta goes well with all sauces, even just tomato and basil, cacio cheese and pepper or bottarga (cured fish roe).
