Originally from Northern Spain, this varietal is well adapted to modern farming methods.

This is a perfectly balanced Arbosana that is a medium intensity oil with a lot of different flavors. It tastes very fresh, and crisp with some green apple, herbal, cinnamon and mint characteristics along with some ripe apple, and buttery flavor too.

It has low bitterness and strong pungency that nicely complements its fruitiness.
