Black Truffle Infused Oil


Our Black Truffle oil has been created in tandem with Paolo Montanero, chemist and president of the Italian Truffle Society.
The black winter truffle is earthy, mushroom-y and less intense in flavor then it's white truffle counterpart.
Finish risotto or any pasta dish for an earthy depth of flavor.


Conservation: Cool, dry conditions, away from direct sunlight.
Shelf Life​: 12 to 18 months from crush date for optimal flavor
