Oven-Fried White Truffle Potato Chips






Medium /large baking potatoes, cut into thin slices

2 tbsps.

Medium Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tbsps.

White Truffle Oil


Pinches Maldon Sea Salt

1 tbsp.

Freshly grated parmesan cheese


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and heat in oven for around 10 mins.

In a bowl toss the sliced potatoes with White Truffle Oil & Maldon Sea Salt. Line on hot baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Rotate pan and bake additional 8-10 mins. Flip potato chips and bake another 5 mins. Remove from oven when nicely browned. Transfer & let cool on a sheet of paper towel to remove excess oil. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve!
