Chicken Souvlaki Marinade

 

Chicken Breast, Pork or tender Beef strips

1/4 cup lemon juice (fresh juice is best)

1/4 cup medium to robust Liquid Gold extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)

4 cloves of garlic minced

1 Tablespoon oregano 

1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl then marinade meat for a few hours or move marinade and meat into a ziplock bag to marinade overnight ( I found this to be the best way). To be sure the meat is evenly marinaded shake the bag or stir the bowl a few times. The next day or a few hours later your meat will be ready to be grilled or cooked in the oven.
