Ingredients (as always, ingredients can be adjusted to taste)
1 egg yolk (optional)
1 tsp Dijon Mustard (optional)
1 tsp capers
1 plump clove of garlic smashed
6 drops Worcestershire
2 drops Tabasco
1 good tsp anchovy paste
2 T Liquid Gold Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
1 cup Liquid Gold Garlic Olive Oil or Med-Robust Grassy Pure Cultivar
1/4 c fresh Parmesan or Asiago cheese (+ handful for garnish)
fresh ground pepper
Process first 7 ingredients in a food processor. Slowly add olive oil and you continue to blending. Add cheese and run till almost smooth.
1 large head Romaine Lettuce
Lemon Wedges and Cheese reserved for garnish.
