Ingredients:
- Zest of 1 orange
- 4 Tbsp fresh orange juice
- 4 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Liquid Gold balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 scallions, minced (white part only)
- ¼ tsp fennel seeds, crushed
- 3 Tbsp Liquid Gold extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbsp hazelnut oil
- 1 Tbsp chives, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp fennel leaves, chopped
- 1 Tbsp parsley, finely chopped
Directions:
- Put first 7 ingredients into a bowl.
- Whisk in the oils, then the herbs. Adjust any of the ingredients to taste
