Kale Banana-Berry & EVOO Smoothie :)

Smoothies are fast and easy way to condense large amounts of fruits and vegetables into one compact and extremely tasty drink!!

 

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups of almond milk (you can use any non-dairy milk of your choice)

1 overflowing cup of raw Kale, center ribs and stems removed, roughly chopped

1 frozen banana

6 ounces of your choice berries, fresh or frozen

1 teaspoon LG robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 medjool dates, pitted (optional)

1 tablespoon Chia Seeds (optional)

 Directions:

Add ingredients to your blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
