Simple Lemon Ceasar Dressing

If you love a good Caesar dressing but want something simpler this is the dressing for you! Ingredients: 1/2 cup medium intense EVOO 4 tbsps. Lemon juice 3 cloves of garlic, minced 2 tsps. Dijon mustard 1/2 tsp. pepper Directions: Blend all ingredients together. Store in your preferred container. Keep refrigerated and shake before each use.

Spaghetti Aglio e Olio with Kale

  Ingredients: 12 ounces spaghetti (or any long strand pasta), cooked 3 large bunches of Kale 5-6 cloves of garlic 1/4 cup Liquid Gold Medium Intense EVOO + extra for drizzling Freshly grated parmesan Crushed red chili flakes Maldon Salt     Directions: Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Remove Kale from stems and ribs and tear into pieces.  Cook the kale until the leaves are bright green, and softened about 2 minutes. Honey & Pepper Balsamic White Bean Spread

  Ingredients: 1-14oz can of cannellini beans, drained and rinsed 2 tbsps. Honey & Pepper White Balsamic 1 1/2 tsp. Garlic Olive Oil 1/4 tsp. salt Pepper to taste   Directions: Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Spread over toasted baguette or use as a spread on your favorite sandwich.

Savory Buttermilk Biscuits with Rosemary Olive Oil

Ingredients: 3 cups all purpose flour 4 teaspoons baking powder 2 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 stick chilled unsalted butter, cut into 1/4 inch pieces 1 cup buttermilk + 1/4 cup Rosemary Olive Oil Directions: Preheat oven to 350F Add all dry ingredients together in a food processor and pulse. Add the chilled butter and pulse a few times. Add the buttermilk mixed with Rosemary olive oil to the dry ingredients. Pulse a few more times until the dough is moist and loose.
