Asiago & White Truffled Mashed Potatoes

   Ingredients 6 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, unpeeled 1 stick (8oz.) unsalted butter  2 medium cloves garlic 1 cup half & half 1 tablespoon Liquid Gold White Truffle Oil 1 cup grated Asiago Cheese Sea salt & fresh cracked black pepper to taste Optional:  Finely minced, fresh chopped flat leaf parsley for garnish Dice potatoes, making sure all are relatively the same size. White Truffle Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients 4-6 large Little red  potatoes 2 Tablespoons of LIQUID GOLD MILD Extra vigin olive oil  2 Tablespoons LG White Truffle Oil  2 Tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon fresh snipped chive 2 teaspoons Sea Salt  1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper  Directions Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Wash and dry the potatoes and place on a parchment lined baking sheet, drizzle the Arbequina EVOO and season with Sea salt and pepper.
