Immersion Blender Harissa Aioli 2 garlic cloves, minced1/8 teaspoon Kosher salt2 large egg yolks1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice1 teaspoon Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic1 1/4 cups Harissa Olive Oil Directions: In a bowl or the container provided with your immersion blender, combine the garlic, lemon juice, balsamic, salt, and egg yolks. Place the immersion blender in the bowl and process in short pulses until smooth. With the motor running, add the olive oil in a slow, steady stream and process until smooth and blended. Chipotle & Jalapeno White Balsamic Marinade
Marinade:
1/2 cup Chipotle Olive Oil 1/2 cup Jalapeno White Balsamic 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon sea salt cracked black pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients by whisking them together in a bowl, or place them into your blender and blend. Toss with your protein of choice and coat evenly. Refrigerate for the recommended time below.

Simple Oven Baked Chicken Drumsticks in EVOO
Chicken drumsticks are a cheap and simple to prepare. With the right enhancements you can take chicken from plain to gourmet! Ingredients: 5-6 Drumsticks 2-4 Tbsps Medium Intense UP Extra Virgin Olive Oil or flavored oil of your choice Freshly ground black pepper Summer Kitchen Fine Foods Hot to Trot Rub & Smoked Sea Salt Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
