Chocolate Peanut Butter Maple Protein Balls

Ingredients: 1 cup dry oatmeal 2/3 cup toasted unsweetened coconut flakes 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup ground flax seed 1/3 cup honey or agave nectar 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 teaspoon Liquid Gold Maple Balsamic Vinegar Directions: Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least half an hour, to make the mix easier to handle and mold. Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you would like. Warm Red Cabbage and Bacon Salad

1/2 head of red cabbage 1 cup chopped bacon or pancetta 1/3 cup Liquid Gold Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/4 cup Liquid Gold Traditional Dark Balsamic Vinegar 1/2 cup grated Grana Padano Cheese Salt and pepper 2 Tbsp chopped parsley Method Shred the cabbage very fine. Place in a mixing bowl along with the cheese parsley and about 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper. Set aside. Heat a medium skillet on medium high heat. Add the bacon and olive oil.
