  Ingredients:  1/2 cup of rolled oats 1 cup of whole wheat flour 1/2 cup of barley flour 1/2 cup of almond flour 3 tablespoons of flax meal 3 tablespoons of wheat germ 5 tablespoons of skim milk powder 1 teaspoon of baking soda 2 teaspoons of baking powder  1/4 cup of honey 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt 2 eggs 1/4 cup of Liquid Gold Butter Olive Oil   Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lime Muffins

  Ingredients: 2 cups flour 1 cup sugar 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 egg 1/4 cup milk 1/4 cup Liquid Gold Lime Infused Olive Oil3 Tbsp lime juice 1 1/2 tsp grated lime peel (I recommend using all the zest and juice of 3 or 4 limes) Directions:  Mix first four dry ingredients in one bowl.  In another bowl beat eggs, milk, oil, lime juice and peel.  Stir into dry ingredients.  Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes.   Thank you to my step mom, Ellen, for this delicious recipe.             ...

Sweet Potato Latkes

Almond Creme Fraiche: 2 cups sliced almonds 2 Tbsp. LG Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic 3 Tbsp. LG Mild Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/2 cup water 1 1/2 tsp. salt Latkes: 1 lb russet potatoes 1 lb sweet potato 1/2 tsp. sea salt black pepper to taste 3 Tbsp.
