Garlic & Mushroom Pasta with White Truffle Oil

  Ingredients: 1lb Angel Hair Pasta 8oz of your favorite mushroom, chopped 3-4 Tbsp. White Truffle Oil 3 Cloves fresh garlic, minced Fresh Cilantro, roughly chopped Freshly grated Parmesan or Asiago cheese Salt & Pepper to taste     Directions: Cook pasta according to the directions on the  package. Preheat a frying pan on medium heat with 1 tbsp. of the White truffle oil. Lightly saute the mushrooms until cooked to your satisfaction. Add the minced garlic and heat until fragrant. Oven-Fried White Truffle Potato Chips

    Ingredients:   3 Medium /large baking potatoes, cut into thin slices 2 tbsps. Medium Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsps. White Truffle Oil 3-4 Pinches Maldon Sea Salt 1 tbsp. Freshly grated parmesan cheese Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and heat in oven for around 10 mins.
