Teriyaki Grill Marinade
½ cup Liquid Gold Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup Liquid Gold Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbs. fresh grated ginger
Mix all ingredients well and place in a zip lock bag or plastic container with up to 3 pounds of your favorite type of meat, poultry or vegetables. Refrigerate and marinate for 1-2 hours. Grill and enjoy!

Fig and Blue Cheese Salad with Orange Vinaigrette
8 to 10 fresh figs, quartered, stem removed ½ pound blue cheese 1 head of butter lettuce ¼ c Liquid Gold medium to intense extra virgin olive oil 3 tbs. freshly squeezed orange juice 1 shallot, finely diced zest of one orange salt and pepper to taste Rinse and pat dry the lettuce and place in a salad bowl.
