Lemon Hummus
3 15.5 oz cans garbanzo beans; drained
2/3 cup Liquid Gold medium Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Lemon Fused Olive Oil
1/8 cup Liquid Gold Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
¼ Tablespoon Liquid Gold Toasted Sesame Seed Oil
2 large cloves garlic
1 Tablespoon finely chopped basil or cilantro
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
Put all ingredients into the bowl of food processor and pulse until smooth. This hummus is great for sandwiches or for a dip with pita chips.

Fresh Herb Salad with Lemon Olive Oil
SERVES 4
2 heads of Romaine lettuce
2 cups of mixed fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, dill, basil or mint)
1/4 cup chopped scallions
Dressing:
1/8 cup LIQUID GOLD Robust EVOO
1/8 cup LIQUID GOLD LEMON INFUSED EVOO
Salt and Pepper to taste
Tear
lettuce into pieces and place in a large salad bowl with fresh herbs
and scallions. In separate bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.
Pour over salad, toss immediately, serve.

Preheat oven to 425 F Ingredients: 6 fingerling potatoes, sliced in half lengthwise 12 grape tomatoes 3 large slices red onion 8 asparagus spears, trimmed 12 oz raw tuna(or canned flaked tuna packed in water) 4 cups baby spinach 3/4 cup dices cucumber 10 Kalamata olives Dressing 2 Tbsp olive oil (if using garlic infused olive oil, omit fresh garlic) 2 Tbsp Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic 4 anchovy fillets, finally chopped (I use a good squirt of anchovy paste) 1 tsp finely chopped garlic 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard pinch salt and pepper Garnish 3 Tbsp chopped fresh dill...
