Basic Vinaigarette 3 Ways

         Classic French Wooden Bowl Method  (for delicate greens)   Stab 1 clove of garlic and rub vigorously around the inside of a wooden salad bowl. LG Poppy Seed Dressing

   We have been getting a lot of requests to post a great recipe for Poppy Seed Dressing so here is our no sugar added version of a popular classic! Ingredients: 1/4 cup honey 1 cup Liquid Gold Mild Evoo  1 tablespoon poppy seed 1/3 cup Liquid Gold Pure White Balsamic, Champagne Balsamic, or Traditional Organic Balsamic1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed 1 lemon, zest of 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard or 1/2 teaspoon whole grain mustard or 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder   Directions:  Blend all ingredients together and drizzle over your salad. Grilled Sweet Potatoes with Maple Vinaigrette

  Smokey sweet potato rounds topped with a tangy maple vinaigrette. Ingredients: 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled 1/4 cup med robust Liquid Gold olive oil Salt Pepper For the vinaigrette: 1 clove garlic, minced 2 Tbsp creole mustard (or any spicy brown mustard) Dash of cinnamon   2 Tbsp Liquid Gold Maple Balsamic 2 Tbsp medium robust Liquid Gold olive oil Small handful of fresh parsley, chopped Instructions: 1.
