Sweet Peppers Stuffed with Goat cheese and drizzled with Balsamic
These stuffed peppers are easy to make and perfect served as an appetizer.
Ingredients:
1/2 pound of mini peppers, cut in half and seeded
4 ounces goat cheese, softened
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 clove of garlic, minced
1-2 tbsp. Traditional Balsamic or Fig Balsamic
Directions:
Preheat oven 400 F.
Mix the goat cheese, cream cheese and garlic together and fill the peppers. Line the peppers on a baking sheet and roast until the cheese is melted to perfection and golden brown, about 15 minutes.
While still warm, drizzle with the balsamic and enjoy!

Honey & Pepper Balsamic White Bean Spread
Ingredients:
1-14oz can of cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
2 tbsps. Honey & Pepper White Balsamic
1 1/2 tsp. Garlic Olive Oil
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
Spread over toasted baguette or use as a spread on your favorite sandwich.

Honey & Pepper Goat Cheese Dip
Goat Cheese Anything = Me Eating The Whole Thing
Ingredients:
1 cup
Goat Cheese
3 Tbsp.
Honey & Pepper Balsamic
¼ cup
Cherry tomatoes, quartered
1
Clove garlic, mined
Salt & Pepper to taste
Crackers, veggies or a baguette for dipping
Directions:
In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined. Spread onto a sliced baguette or dip with crackers.
