Cold and Cough Compress This folk cure has been relied on for centuries. Use it overnight to relieve congestion and coughs. 1/2c medium robust LG olive oil. 1/2c camphore (available in most pharmacies) 1/2c vinegar   1. Place all of the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl, and stir to combine. 2. When ready to use, soak a piece of clean woolen cloth in the mixture and wring out gently, leaving the cloth thoroughly saturated.  Apply the compress to the chest, overlapping with a dry piece of wool to keep the compress in place. *Wear a warm undershirt, and jammies. ...
