This is a well balanced, mild/medium intensity olive oil. It has a spicy fruitiness with low bitterness, but surprising pungency. This Ogliarola has many complex flavors that are both ripe ( buttery, ripe apple) and green (fresh cut grass) with a cinnamon after taste. It is very fresh with a well-rounded, full bodied mouth feel.
