This deeply complex oil from an uncommon variety called Changlot Real- originally from Spain. It has almost equal levels of ripe and fresh green fruitiness, with rich, nutty, buttery, floral, and tropical flavours along with spicy herbaceous green apple, green banana, and green olive fruit flavours. It is very nicely balanced with a bold, harmonious, full, and round aftertaste.
