Bedford Cooking Class Spring Mushrooms


Mays classes are all about Chef Laurens favorite foods so mushrooms were sure to be on the menu.  The first mushroom class was a hit so we are looking forward to round two.

Wild Mushroom Sauce : Using locally foraged mushrooms and Wild Mushroom & Sage Infused Olive Oil
Porcini Gnocchi: Porchini Mushrooms infused in traditional potato gnocchi
Oyster mushroom fritters: Made with chickpea flour and Black Truffle Sea Salt
Chocolate Chagga Date Truffles: Locally forraged chagga mushroom powder infused into naturally sweetened chocolate truffles.
