Bedford Cooking Class Dairy Free Cheese Board


Chef Lauren is going to show you the art of making delicious dairy free cheese.  Learn tips, tricks and the world of fermenting and how it translates to make cheese that you can incorporate into all your dishes.  From there Lauren will show you that you can incorporate infused olive oil and balsamic vinegar to make these alternative cheese. Cheese on this menu include:

  • Fermented Garlic Cashew Cheese
  • Tofu, Feta, Almond Cheddar Cheese Ball
  • Keylime Cheesecake Balls
