Basil Angel Hair
A light and slightly "fruity" pasta. It pairs extremely well with seafood and fresh vegetables. Because it is thinner than linguini or fettuccine, it cooks minutes faster (2-3 minutes). Try the Seared Scallops with Brown Butter & Asparagus recipe on the package.
Cooking Directions: Cook pasta in plenty of salted, rapidly boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Stir frequently. Test for doneness. Do not overcook.
