Mint Chutney, Mango Pickle, Plantain Chips, Pineapple Pulsery (Yogurt Curry), Rosemata Rice, Cauliflower Korma, Indian Vegetable Salad, Assorted Exotic Indian Vegetables, Spinach Paneer (for cheese), Dosa (lentil flatbread), Jackfruit Curry. We will finish the evening with a Rice & Lentil Keer for dessert.
As this will be a traditional South Indian Sataya, we will be enjoying all of these dishes on banana leaves and without utensils!
