This is a fantastic, extremely complex and robust EVOO. The aroma is very floral with sweet tropical and banana notes. The flavour has both has both ripe and green banana characteristics along with herbaceous mint, nettle, cinnamon and black pepper. The intensity is fruitiness, bitterness, and pungency are all high.
