This is a wonderful Frantoio oil with a strong floral and herbal aroma. The balance is perfect with high fruitiness, medium bitterness, and high pungency. It has some nice, rounded, mild ripe fruit character, but it is mostly green-herbaceous with flavors of fresh cut grass, green apple, mint, cinnamon and black pepper.
