Watermelon and Lemongrass Mint Cooler



3 cups Watermelon, seeded and cubed

3 cups Water

1 Tbsp. Watermelon Whole Fruit Balsamic

1 Tbsp. Lemongrass Mint Balsamic

Agave nectar to taste (optional)

Ice cubes for serving

Slice of watermelon, lemongrass shoots, and mint leaves for garnish (optional)



Puree watermelon in a blender until smooth. Pour into a pitcher and stir in the Watermelon & Lemongrass mint balsamic. Refrigerate until chilled about 20 minutes or until ready to serve.

Serve in chilled cocktail glasses and garnish with watermelon slice, lemongrass shoots, and mint.
