Garbanzo Bravas

   This is a quick and delicious snack that anyone can make! Ingredients: 1 can chickpeas (19 oz) a.k.a. garbanzo beans 3 Tbsp Liquid Gold Arbequina EVOO (or your favourite Liquid Gold olive oil) 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika 1/2 tsp garlic power 1/2 tsp crushed dried thyme 1/8 tsp sea salt 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper 2-3 drops Tabasco sauce (or to taste) Directions Preheat oven to 400 F Drain chickpeas, rinse and dry on paper towel. Spiced Nuts

   4 cups mixed nuts 1 egg white 1 spoonful of Edmond Fallet dijon mustard 2 tablespoons sugar 1/2 teaspoon Epices de Cru Ground Jalapeno salt Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly whisk egg white and add mustard, sugar, cayenne and salt to taste. Add nuts and toss well to cover. Spread out onto a baking sheet. Kale Chips

  Kale Chips  (submitted by Adeya) 3 tbsp. Liquid Gold Chipotle Olive Oil 2          large bunches of Kale, rinsed with stems removed.   Directions: 1.       Make sure your kale is dry 2.       Cut kale into 2 to 3 inches pieces, making sure that they are close to the size you would like your chips 3.       Mix oil and salt in large bowl then add kale and mix by hand, coating all of the kale. 4.       Place on baking sheets lined with parchment paper and bake at 350°F until they are crispy. 5.       After about 20 minutes,...
