    Ingredients:   Robust EVOO for frying 1 jar Garlic Stuffed Olives 1 Egg ¾ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs     Directions: Pour enough olive oil into a saucepan to reach a depth of 2". Heat over medium-high until the oil reaches 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the egg in a small bowl and beat with a fork or whisk. Add the olives and coat well. Oven-Fried White Truffle Potato Chips

    Ingredients:   3 Medium /large baking potatoes, cut into thin slices 2 tbsps. Medium Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsps. White Truffle Oil 3-4 Pinches Maldon Sea Salt 1 tbsp. Freshly grated parmesan cheese Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and heat in oven for around 10 mins. This recipe makes a great appetizer or side dish! Ingredients:   4-6 Ripe Tomatoes, halved 2-3 Garlic cloves, crushed and chopped ¼ cup Liquid Gold Extra Virgin Olive Oil ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated ¼ cup Fresh Basil, chopped   Black pepper & Sea salt to taste Directions: Toss halved tomatoes with a splash or two of Extra Virgin Olive Oil a dash of sea salt & black pepper. Sweet Potato Chips with Chipotle Oil

Highly addicting! Ingredients:    2 Large Sweet Potatoes cut into long chunks 2 tbsps. Chipotle Fused Olive Oil 1 tsp. Dried Rosemary ½ Lemon, juiced   Black pepper & Sea salt to taste Directions: In a bowl toss Sweet potato chunks with olive oil, rosemary, lemon juice, sea salt & pepper. Place on a baking tray. Set aside for a half an hour to marinade. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Bake potato chunks for 20-25 minutes. Until slightly browned. Serve with dip of choice.
