Pineapple Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/3 cup fresh pineapple
A handful of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup of soy milk,milk or milk substitute
1/3 cup of unsweetened plain yogurt
3 tbsp Liquid Gold Blood Orange Infused Olive Oil
3 or 4 fresh mint leaves (optional)
Directions:
Add ingredients to blender. Blend and enjoy!

Fruit Smoothie with UP EVOO
There's nothing like starting your day off right with an antioxidant rich smoothie!
Ingredients:
1 cup of frozen mixed berries 1/2 banana 1/2 cup cherry juice 1 tbsp LG high phenol EVOO
Directions:
Add all ingredients together in a blender and blend until desired consistency. Consume right away.
*Pour into a large enough thermos for when you are on the go!

Kale Banana-Berry & EVOO Smoothie :)
Smoothies are fast and easy way to condense large amounts of fruits and vegetables into one compact and extremely tasty drink!! Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups of almond milk (you can use any non-dairy milk of your choice) 1 overflowing cup of raw Kale, center ribs and stems removed, roughly chopped 1 frozen banana 6 ounces of your choice berries, fresh or frozen 1 teaspoon LG robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 medjool dates, pitted (optional) 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds (optional) Directions: Add ingredients to your blender and process until smooth.
