Fresh Herb Salad with Lemon Olive Oil
SERVES 4
2 heads of Romaine lettuce
2 cups of mixed fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, dill, basil or mint)
1/4 cup chopped scallions
Dressing:
1/8 cup LIQUID GOLD Robust EVOO
1/8 cup LIQUID GOLD LEMON INFUSED EVOO
Salt and Pepper to taste
Tear
lettuce into pieces and place in a large salad bowl with fresh herbs
and scallions. In separate bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.
Pour over salad, toss immediately, serve.

Caesar Salad Dressing
Ingredients (as always, ingredients can be adjusted to taste) 1 egg yolk (optional) 1 tsp Dijon Mustard (optional) 1 tsp capers 1 plump clove of garlic smashed 6 drops Worcestershire 2 drops Tabasco 1 good tsp anchovy paste 2 T Liquid Gold Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic 1 cup Liquid Gold Garlic Olive Oil or Med-Robust Grassy Pure Cultivar 1/4 c fresh Parmesan or Asiago cheese (+ handful for garnish) fresh ground pepper Process first 7 ingredients in a food processor. Caprese Salad
Ingredients
1/2 lb fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced 1/4-inch thick
2 large ripe red tomatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
1 cup fresh basil leaves, rinsed
1/4 cup Liquid Gold Basil Olive Oil
Sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Arrange the mozzarella and tomatoes, alternating between the two, on a serving platter. Sprinkle the basil generously over the mozzarella and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Just before serving, drizzle with Basil Olive Oil.
Variations
Try adding Liquid Gold Balsamic Vinegar, Kalamata Black Olives !
