Tiara Phaboonheuang
Hot Chocolate with Balsamic
Ingredients:
1 cup
Cream, milk, or almond milk
2-6
Squares of 75% dark chocolate
1 tbsp
Dark balsamic vinegar
(see below for favorites)
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a pot and heat over medium until chocolate is well melted.

Popcorn & Olive Oil
Ingredients:
½ cup
Popcorn kernels
3 tbsp
Your favorite flavoured or unflavoured olive oil (see below for most popular)
Sprinkle of sea salt (optional)
Directions:
Place popcorn kernels in air popper and pop according to manufacturer’s directions.
Transfer popcorn to an over-sized bowl. Drizzle over olive oil, 1 tablespoon at a time, and toss to coat. Continue adding olive oil until you achieve your desired coverage. Sprinkle with sea salt and toss until evenly coated.

Green Chili Tomato Sauce
Ingredients:
3 tbsp.
Green Chili Olive Oil
1
Large onion, chopped
2 cans
Plum tomatoes
¼ tsp
Sea Salt
½ cup
Grated parmesan cheese
Black pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat a large pot over medium. Add oil, then onion. Cook until soft, about 4 min. Add tomatoes and salt. Boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until saucy, 40 to 45 min.
Stir in parmesan. Season with fresh pepper. Makes about 5 cups of sauce.
